Trusted by our long-term partner, Shanghai XMKT Group, we were given the honor to provide all equipment for the P&G product road shows in the nine major cities in mainland China. The road show tour lasted for a month. Products were from various brands of P&G, including Pantene, Head-and-Shoulders, Rejoice, etc.
Though all the shows were in small scale, which were not as splendid as what we have done before, such as the annual meeting or the New-year Countdown ceremony, what’s challenging was that we had to reasonably distribute our equipment and technician resources around different cities where each show was held.
In the Dongguan Pantene road show on September 12th, Ms. Gao Yuanyuan, a famous Chinese actress, was invited to take part in the show The show attracted hundreds of audiences around. In order to meet the field requirement,we have used 12 square meters of P4.8 led screen to allow the audience to have a clear view of the live broadcast of Ms. Gao Yuanyuan’s interaction with audience there. The Zsound full range loudspeaker boxes and the LED-par lights combined with the colorful-gas machine had significantly enhanced the field atmosphere. Producing positive advertising effect for the products.
With the end of the September tour, there were more shows waiting to be carried out, including some in 2015. We will continue with our devoted attitude and get ourselves well-prepared for every show, despite of its scale.
